Right now I have Aetna insurance and I have to pay $10 a month for upgrade. For basic there is no charge for silver sneakers.
I am a member, not a staff person. I have my dues paid via my Medicare, Blue Cross. If you have Medicare supplement plan check with the provider to see if Silver Sneakers or Silver and Fit is part of your benefits. Hopefully it is and you can enjoy this great gym for free or almost free.
