For a customer phone experience at this time, it was fairly good. The representative was courteous and friendly but the scooter I was inquiring about- first he said they were available - then they were all sold out for the time frame requested.Then,he offered a heavier one -50lb and payment upright even though the need time is about 6 weeks away.Interestingly -no drop off at the hotel or pickup.Purchase of Power Scooter approximately $1000 - no insurance filed by the company. The 3 star is because the person was friendly and did offer pertinent information

Southern Mobility has a large selection of lift chairs and Seth was both knowledgeable and helpful in taking our order quickly and effortlessly. Likewise, the delivery was on-time and done professionally. There was a need for an immediate follow-up due to my mistake in using the remote and somehow disabling the chair functions, but a technician came out immediately and resolved the issue and assisted in explaining what happened and how to avoid it.
