Perfect buying experience. Reason for one star, its the only thing I read when checking new companies are the one stars. The message here is it was a perfect buying experience. The customer service agent Abby Basham walked me through product selection, new product measurements for the product , best pricing, and placing an order. She also followed up through delivery and set up satisfaction. Instructions for the installation are in booklet form as well as an excellent screw by screw you tube video. Best of all the product came together with out glitch and best of all operated as promised with out tech assistance. I did have a question answered promptly with the same intent to please. Perfect Lets check again 6 months from now.

Ordered and it went on backorder. Nobody told us. We received a letter from AmeriGlide stating that the customer service person will be with us through every step. Never heard another thing from that person. I was told more than one time when it would be shipped, but had to keep asking for the tracking number. They finally shipped it out, and it was here quicky from that date. The installer had issues understanding the installation order. It's installed now but too high for my mom to use without a little stool. Awful experience and it wasn't worth the money for the experience we have now.

Abbie made it easy for me. The technician was very helpful and informative about how to use the new chairlift. Nice person. Also, the price was right with no hard core bait and switch tactics like some of the bother companies I consulted. Just hope everything works properly now without issues. My parents ordered a Rave 2 for self install. Our representative was Brittany Puckett and she was wonderful! There were a few hiccups along the way but she handled everything for us and made sure all was well. We were able to install the Rave 2 successfully in only a few hours! Now mom is much safer & able to access the kitchen more thanks to Ameriglide.
