I have a lifetime handicap placard.Every year they send me a new one before it expires.Mine expired an i didn't notice i got a fat ticket..Do i go to Dmv or am i supposed to go to Dmv ?

Yes go to DMV get a replacement placard and they will sign off on the ticket

Dmv will rectify so you dont paid that ticket so asap to dmv before ticket gets higher
