I have never ever in my life been so disrespected!! A particular person refused my request for a quiet room and as the hotel was big and no one there at all, i was refused. I then said i had disability's, which rendered me very ill and fragile and i was still refused. I then mentioned i had a 'service animal' and i got a five minute lecture about him 'Not' being that, but of a 'service pet' and refused me any of the rooms that could of accommodated me physically and 'health wise' I was mortified when i waa placed right the Door

Yes but was crossed off with yellow caution tape not to use when i was there

Did not use the pool so Don't know about the hot tub, the breakfast was pretty good though and the room was quiet

I am not sure about the hot tub but I saw the large pool. I was not impressed with the hotel

It does have a hot tub but when I went in July, it literally was a hose put into the hot tub area. Never go here spend 10 more dollars a night and go somewhere else.
