It's not bad. But you can do better. It is a old hotel, the walls and carpets are stained significantly, as well as the shower. The location however is amazing, just a few minutes away from historic downtown. Beware of creepers. I had a gentleman last night bang and bang on my door, convinced our room was his. He finally went away, but the morning after, we found two room cards stuck under the door. After going out for the afternoon, we came back to find our own room cards were deactivated. Just a little fishy. However, overall it's not a bad place to crash. Just needs a little TLC.

Great hotel in a great location. It's nice they have a garage so parking is easy. The rooms are decent, a little cramped, but overall fine.the bed was comfy and everything was clean and well kept. The hotel feels very new and is relaxing.

Radyx Wake

I work for a specific shipping company that I'd rather not name, and I just spoke to a receptionist on the phone there. She was extremely rude and hung up on me as a cherry on the cake. I'm just trying to do my job and make sure the package gets where it needs to go. There was no need at all to be so insolent. I typically would have no other choice but to return the package to it's shipper. Luckily this time I was able to snoop and found the gentleman's number. He may have been a guest or may have worked for the Hilton, but either way I will be reaching out to David Webster who best I can tell is the owner of the building and the registered agent for the Hilton. I genuinely hope something is done about the woman that answered and I sincerely wish I'd caught her name. The call was at 19:00 on 5/22/2022

Excellent room and service from the Ladies at the front desk on 02/26/2022 . The only noise I heard was when people were getting up in the morning and leaving. Room was very clean, bed was soft and sheets were super clean. Had more than enough towels for two people which is a plus. It was my birthday overnight stay and the only thing that would have made it better would have been if the hot tub was open. Was really looking forward to a good soak. I would definitely stay here again.
