When phosphates are high, what do you add to get the level down? Is there an extra charge?

You can reduce phosphates using phosfree. We charge $25 for this treatment After application a backwash or cartridge clean must be done 2 to 3 days after to flush the phosphates from your filter or another treatment must be applied. Poolman will test for phosphates when your pool shows signs of high phosphates. We do not check for them weekly.

They usually check for that when they come to service the pool. If you have a problem they will come out to correct it if you have chemical service, its included.
