Tech Daniel was supposed to be at my house between 1000-1400 originally. Then by 1500 hours. He called and said he was 30 minutes away. After 55 minutes I had to leave. I called him and told him and I was rudely hung up on. He then showed up at 1610 and took a photo of the outside of my home saying I was not home for scheduled apt. He was rude and lied to Sears who never answers their phone.
