I ordered 9 pallets of pavers from one of Superlites resellers and was not getting great responses from them regarding delivery dates, etc. I then called Superlite directly and spoke to Ron Jett. He went above and beyond to assure me that my paver order was being processed and would be ready for pickup within the next 10 days. The pavers are now installed and we could not be happier with the results. Thanks Ron.

Be prepared to wait, they'll ignore you until they are tired of looking at you specifically when it comes to returning pallets, and can't pay over the phone either unless you have an account setup
