I had an issue of pavers breaking and white efflorescence circles on the smaller pavers. I gained no attention from our building contractor and in researching I learned the pavers came from Phoenix Paver. I had expressed my concern at a satellite office and received no response. I then located their main office and posted my concern. Upon doing so, I was contacted by John, a representative of Phoenix Paver. He subsequently made five trips up from Phoenix to Prescott Valley. He promised to correct the broken pavers and work on removing the efflorescence. I must say Phoenix Paver stood behind their product and promised to have all the damaged pavers replaced at no cost to me. We have been working on the efflorescenced pavers to some success. Hopefully with time the white circles will disappear. I'm very pleased on how Phoenix Paver stands behind their product to make it right thus far.

Phoenix pavers has now completed 2 houses for me. Each time they have gone above and beyond and my driveways look great.

Great product and great people. Love the way my yard looks and much more functional. Pacers stay cooler due to water pass through over concrete. Easy to clean easy to keep clean.
