Our water softener was purchased back in 2004 when we bought the house brand new. Angel has consistently been one of the regular technicians who have come to do any kind of work, whether it is maintenance or repair. Sears is still the best that I have ever known for extended warranties. All my Sears appliances are covered by Sears extended warranties. There are no out of pocket costs with the exceptions of one or two external items for the refrigerator. Best rates compared to the home warranties that charge you a monthly rate plus paying a deductible when the technician arrives for a repair job. Thank you Angel for always being the best technician we've ever had. There is never a disappointment when you are assigned to do the service and we always know you will perform and exceed our expectations.

Finally!! Choice Home Warranty sent a reputable company and experienced technician to repair our GE microwave again. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue the first time! Great job Sears Appliance Repair! I hope in the future Choice selects Sears when I have another appliance that may need repair!

We have a maintenance agreement on our appliances & Angel G came out to do the service on them. She is awesome. She arrived within the time frame she said she’d be there. She worked efficiently & completed the work in a timely manner. She’s professional & has an excellent work ethic. She is very friendly as well & it was a pleasure meeting her & having her service our appliances. She explained her work & advised us of options when renewing our service contract.
