This company is impossible to get in touch with. Multiple calls that go to voicemail and then they do not call back. I have been trying to get a significant leak from the salt cell fixed for many days. I will be shopping for another pool service company. Terrible customer service.

I haven't even used their service, but if their techs treat customers the way they drive, I wouldn't want to use them. I attempted to merge into a lane, signaled way in advance, when one of their trucks narrowly misses me after not letting me in, and then proceeds to brake check me/cut me off. It's all on camera too lol.

Our salt system has a broken lid for 5 days. We’re unable to operate our pump snd filter ?? But Poolman has zero replacement parts??? Have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days, with absolutely no contact or response. Ignoring the customer must be their policy and maybe the problem will go away ?? Have been a customer for almost 10 years !!! That doesn’t matter ?? Terrible customer service !!!!

We have been using this company for over a year now and service is very poor. They are supposed to have someone come on thursdays to clean the pool. Most the time they don’t clean both filters, they never come when they are supposed to, I haven’t had anyone here in three weeks so I went and checked the water myself. Nobody answers the phone or any emails. Looking for someone else who will actually come.

When phosphates are high, what do you add to get the level down? Is there an extra charge?

You can reduce phosphates using phosfree. We charge $25 for this treatment After application a backwash or cartridge clean must be done 2 to 3 days after to flush the phosphates from your filter or another treatment must be applied. Poolman will test for phosphates when your pool shows signs of high phosphates. We do not check for them weekly.
