Rides are not free you have to purchase a wristband
10 bucks for any 4 rides and a round of golf. Or buy the wrist band for $40 and have unlimited rides.
You don't pay for the go carts u buy the wrist band and it gives u all the rides for free and for food u pay like $5-$1
I am not sure, when I went we only had to pay for the entrance and all rides/activities were free.
