Does parents leaving their kids at the Starbucks on Court and Main st while running around doing errands downtown constitute as Child Endangerment? Asking because I'm sitting next to a couple of unattended kids and I dont think that it's ok

If the children are rabid they can be a danger to public.

Depends on the age of the children probably. Teenagers are allowed to be alone unfortunately.
