Check in to that, and then you get charged for the spot or spots you use to sale your items. The people that you need to pay to use the spots will walk up to your space and then you pay them.

Casual vendors don't require anything except to get in line at the office. I believe reservations expire at 7:30am. After that any spot is available. You can ask the office for a list of which spots are reserved, the main aisles re usually taken but tons of spots are not. If you plan on becoming a regular you need to get a sales permit otherwise they won't let you set up. My wife and I go about once a year to sell our kids old clothes. We park on a spot off the main drag and wait until 7:30 to set up.
