Being overcharged on a monthly basis when the funds are in my account to begin with is getting old and magically nothing can ever be done about it. They make canceling difficult and even offered that I buy my way out of my contract that was already up (and has been for months). The lack of cleanliness recently is getting ridiculous. The many trash cans are always full, sanitizer bottles are missing or empty and some of the paper towel dispensers are broken or empty both around the gym and in the bathrooms.

I like the gym. It's pretty much everything you could ask for if you like to lift. Plenty of cardio equipment also. I have never taken any of the classes so I can't review those.

Club and amenities are what would be expected for this price point. The real problem with this business is how they handle cancellations. Not only are you unable to cancel your membership at the gym, but even after contacting their third-party management company, you are redirected to an online portal to cancel. Obviously this is a predatory practice to make canceling as difficult as possible. Avoid this business if at all possible.
