They have been outgrown by the town. Can no longer provide service effectively. No You can't recycle there anymore, yes your garbage cans will take longer than expected to arrive. No they aren't open to the public. If you want to recycle bottles and cans go to the corner of avenue 328 and dinuba Blvd. The guy there won't cheat you for a single cent. If you want to recycle scrap metals like copper and such hit up 83recycling. They do all metals as well as concrete. They don't do soda cans.

4th time coming here in a week and they are always closed, I found out all the recycling centers in Visalia are no longer open , I'm taking this as direct permission from the city of Visalia to burn plastic and have trash fires.
