They won't help you. Worst person I spoke to on the phone, kept cutting me off and not listening. Hire more competent people that have compassion and not in a hurry to get off the phone. This is why people want to defend the police.

Visalia Police Department is nothing but a joke. If I could rate them a negative I woukd .I've been reaching out for help with my adult parolee som for the past 3 months. Spoke with his Parole Agent and she's baffled as to why VPD has never contacted her regards to officer contact several times per month.

If it ot is on your property, you can have it towed away. Warn your neighbor first, best to give him a written notice ahead of time. Just hope they are not going to try to take revenge. Contact a Police officer, ask them to( keep the peace) and talk to the car owner, ask them what you can do. That is your first line of defense. I hope that helps. People are mean nowadays! Good Luck!
Try living homeless for 30 days so you can learn how things work out for you and seeing the world out pass the tip of your nose for the first time ... Priceless
Contact the non emergency dispatch line and ask 734-8117.
Talk to public service officer Heidi in the office in the lobby 8 to 5 Monday through Friday ! I'm sure she can give you pertinent information!
Nothing visible. If it's on your forearm you'll need to wear long sleeves and keep them covered. Face and hands you're generally out of luck but you can ask the Personnel Sgt.
5PM for cold reports, citation sign offs, copies of reports and vehicle releases.
8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday, closed major holidays.
Are you a juvenile now? Get your parents/guardian to take you to the attorney who helped you or public defender or call them bud. To check someone else's juvenile records is almost impossible unless they were a sex offender or something. They seal them when you turn 18 usually man. If it's your own you should know anyways haha. If you went to court and were sentenced then that's on your record. Officially only convicted offenses show, unofficially the cops are crooked as well as the DA and use basically any arrest without conviction or anything else in the system to screw you. Best bet is to move as far away from here as you can by giving up being a hard as$ thug to show off for your pals, screw them anyways, stay away from drugs and booze {especially anything addicting like pain pills\opiates etc.}, Get into a good college or trade school far the fu+# away from the valley and NEVER EVER COME BACK! Also bonus tips!: don't fall in love, don't trust women, use a Johnny cap AT ALL TIMES!
