My father was paying 1200, they are raising rents to almost 1800, not all seniors who live there are paying the same. Its a great community except for they rob seniors for rent! No senior should have to pay that kind of money and nothing comes with it, its not even assisted! Good luck
I was quoted 940 to 1100 but didn't move in. Some apartments are upgraded and beautiful. The cheaper ones look like extended stay hotel rooms.
