NEED TO FIND A PLACE TO BRING IN MY TRAVEL TRAILER THEY HAVE 4 HOOK UPS NEW NOT USED AND CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK OR EVEN TO TALKJ TO SO CALLED MANAGERS BUT THEY HAVE OLDEDR TRAILERS AND SHACKS IN HERE BUT GUESS MINEW IS NOT TRASHY ENOUGH TO GET A RESPONSE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MY 3RD TIME THERE AFTER 6 MONTHS AND WORST THEN EVER NO MANASGMENT STILL OPEN SPACES BUT TRYING TO EVECT EVERYONE THERE FOR NO REASON BUT TO TEAR IT UP AND REBUILD BUT WHAT ABOYUT THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN THERE 10PLUS YEARS ? Honestly, I've driven through a few times. I'm shopping for a mobile or manufactured home, and this location has potential. It could use a modern makeover, but definitely has a feel about it.

I live there now, and the park is clean and safe with armed security at night. You have the choice of either renting a trailer or buying one. I am buying, and it is a very clean, well built mobile home. I pay 565.00 per month. That includes my payment, lot rent, sewer, water, and trash pick up. You won't find anything cheaper in Vegas, I can assure you of that. 1 bdrm Apts in the ghetto cost 750.00
I cannot say for sure but I would get ahold of the Green Spot Village management they were quite helpful when I was in there and it is a very nice Trailer part give them a call They will help you out I'm sure.............BEAR
Not a safe park lots of break ins most homes are in bad shape the general manager is doing this job illegally the owner does not upkeep the units
