Has anyone been to the shelter and seen a black lab with a red collar female about a year or two old she left the neighbor and is gone may be at shelter please let us know

The shelter doesn't check this on a regular basis, so your best bet is to call. If it's been a day or so it would be worthwhile to also check the stray section of their website, but you'll need to call to cover all your bases next time.
