I love Brittany Mace, the nursing and office staff. They are always friendly. Even the Lab staff is awesome. They just need more help.

I went to get tested for COVID-19 because it's the only place in Saint Joseph where you can. They said the cost would be 20 to 40 dollars, but when my bill finally arrived it was $160. Don't get tested here, it's a scam, just go get tested elsewhere.

I’m sharing my dads experience with this place. His primary was Brittany Mace. Brittany would refuse to see my dad for most visits even if it was a needed issue to be solved. Along with her refusing my father service and not being willing to make him appointments she required him to see her or else she wouldn't fill his insulin prescriptions. My father also had FMLA paperwork that needed to be filled out by a certain date and Brittany Mace was refusing to allow him any service unless he had an appointment (this was paperwork that could have been dropped off but she still refused to allow that to happen) and it took the director of the facility getting involved for any action to be taken. My dad decided to go try a doctor in the same branch but on the north side of town, when he tried to make an appointment they bullied him in the phone saying “we know what you did at south side services, Brittany warned us about you” which means she broke Hippa agreement and disclosed information about her patients to unworthy parties. An issue my father went to her regularly for was an issue of getting dizzy while looking up, Brittany would t do anything to help him with the issue for years of service between the two of them and now my dad is going to need to go through open heart surgery because it turned out he had restricted arteries that were reducing blood flow. He figured this issue out in two visits by going to a doctor at the hospital. Ever since Mike Stroud passed away this place doesn’t provide adequate services anymore, if you have the ability please see other people.

Yes. You can also go to their Downtown Health Center on 6th Street, next to the bus stop.
Yes, I had the same problem today. I was told they were extremely short staffed on Wednesday. Not sure if it's a continuous problem. Try clicking option 1 or 2 instead of 0.
Call NW HEALTH'S number and they will be able to tell you which doctor's or nurse practitioners are accepting new patients.
