Not a place one wants to visit very often, but have been several times and this was another good visit to Mosaic Urgent Care. From online check-in to check-out my experience was very good. I was checked-in quickly in a friendly, competent manner and vitals taken before I left the front desk. I wish I would have paid more attention to names, but I believe the patient care tech's name was Jaren. He, too, set me at ease as he asked questions and took more vitals. Very little wait time and the doctor I saw was so kind. I really liked her. Lab work found what was wrong and is easily corrected. I received a call quicker than I would have thought possible when the results were ready. I hadn't even gotten home yet! Also, my phone binged with a message from the portal that results were in. So, I could see them as well. I couldn't help but notice the good rapport between staff in the back part of the office. Thank you, all, for another helpful and even, enjoyable, visit.

Fell and hurt my wrist on 5/28/2022, kept hurting so badly that I went to urgent care on 6/3/2022. Had x-rays done and was told it was a sprain and was prescribed voltarin cream. The pain just would not let up so I went to my regular NP on 6/21/2022 and had more x-rays done and found out I had a non displaced fracture pain meds and wrist brace. How was it missed at urgent care??? I feel like I could have suffered a lot less and probably healed a lot quicker if it had been caught sooner!!! I think I'll use emergency room next time!!

They have Doctors and Nurse Practitioners both there.
As long as you sign in with your mosaic account they usually send you a text to let you know when to come out. You should get an e mail also
If you're needing a test for COVID–19, we'd ask that you call ahead so we know you're coming. When you arrive, you'd call, and we would come outside to test you in your vehicle. Hope that helps.
