Very disappointed in the quality and quantity of response from management regarding residence complaints and issues. My Mom had an allergic reaction to something in the room when she moved in. We later found out the previous tenant had a cat and the carpets were not cleaned when they moved out. Complaints to management were met with lots of promises of getting the carpets cleaned but it took over two months before they finally had someone address the problem. There were lots of promises made while we were looking for a place for my Mom. One such promise was a referral reward for a resident that referred the place to my Mom and another reward of $1000 rebate after renting for 3 months. None of those promises materialized. Now, someone is letting themselves into rooms when residents are gone and rifling through what's supposed to be a safe place for them. Items are missing and management could care less. This has been ongoing for months. Every time I go to visit my Mom, all I hear from the residents is how lousy the food is now and how management could care less about anything except collecting their expensive rent each month. We are actively looking for a new place to move my Mom. No one should be afraid in their home wondering if someone is going to break in while they are there and with the cost she is paying, you would expect management to take action to find out who is breaking into apartments. This is wide spread through the facility. Very disappointed!!

Such a great place to move your loved ones to. The staff and the wonderful people that live there are so loving, kind and caring! I'd move in myself if I could! 😆

The food needs to be a little better. The staff is great my mom loves it there.

My grandmother lives here. Overall the facility is really beautiful is really nice on the inside. The rooms are modern. They check in on her and make sure she gets to bed safely and help her into her wheelchair to and from meals. Staff is very friendly and flexible requests.
