do the doctors bill separate from facility or is there a facility charge? If I see two doctors in same day will I be charged for 1 facility charge or two?

We are a private practice, so there is a charge for seeing each provider and any services you have, such as x-rays, injection, cast, splint,etc.. There is no facility fee.
