The initial visit went well, but when I filled out and turned in my short term disability application on site, they charged me a fee to fax it over to Blair so she could send it to my employers insurance company, which they’ve said they never received. Every time I call for Blair to check the status of my application I get sent straight to voicemail with no call back, and no communication whatsoever. It’s been EIGHT weeks since I turned it in and was charged for the fax.

Dr Andrew Palmisano did amazing work on my total knee replacement. His nurse and PA was awesome too..Highly recommend Him to others. Surgery was Aug 8th.

My last visit I waited almost an hour and they told me it would be another 25 minutes. I get a babysitter for my mom with Alzheimer's so when I told them I couldn't wait, they got me in to see Kevin the nurse practitioner and he was great and he's been great this visit also.

No but the total joint physicians do great work with tremendous results.

We are a private practice, so there is a charge for seeing each provider and any services you have, such as x-rays, injection, cast, splint,etc.. There is no facility fee.
Rockhill has an urgent care if it is Orthopedic related injury.
