The mofongo is made with natural flavor. The wait is depending on the day and time it is seen is one of the best places of Puerto Rican food in the area. At least the times I visit I make my reservation before arriving at the place & so I do not have to wait that long.
The wait is worth it because the food is very good. It is a good idea to book before.
