These busses need to stop a a location so that passangers can have a bite to eat. My daughter came down from Tampa and not one stop. She was on that bus for almost 6 hours.

I've been on the Megabus twice. Both times there were delays of over an hour. The first being tire issues that causes a 90 minute delay and the second time an issue with the coolant causing almost a 3 hour delay. They don't seem to care at all either. I understand things happen and the cost of tickets is not expensive but these types of delays can really messed up someone's plans, especially in situations of long term road travel. I am very very disappointed and will not recommend Megabus to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. These people took my elderly parents money and refused to allow them in the bus because they wrote down the information given, an order number rather than a reservation number. Unbelievable!!! I had to cancel several business appointments and pick up my 90 yr old dad and 78 yr old mom because of mega bus incompetence. If you want these people to make their money by stealing it go ahead and do your reservations with them. I will hire a lawyer to make a point because it is inhuman to steal from the elderly. I am so disgusted by them.
