When’s the last time you had a Doctor’s appointment where the Dr was on time, and you got it and out without delay? I can’t remember, but that’s the service I received today at Dr Masel’s office. What a breath of fresh air, thank you sir!

Edit to address the owners response: my name is different for my google account, as I’m trans. The name in your system is Kaylee Adams. my account being flagged is because i only tend to use this to leave negative reviews, and business owners aren’t a fan of that. it’s been over a year since my experience here, but I was just so uncomfortable that I wanted to forget it all together. but I figured if people read these, I would want to hear from people who had this experience. I was supposed to have a cystoscopy here, and it was incredibly invasive and humiliating, even when I didn’t go through with the actual cystoscopy. It started with the nurse that was applying the numbing cream - something happened when she applied it, where it pinched my genital area around the urethra. my body panicked, especially since I wasn’t offered anything to help with my anxiety. It hurt a lot, and the nurse just kept telling me “it’s not supposed to hurt” (of course it’s not, lmao) I couldn’t calm down enough to continue the procedure, especially since the nurse wasn’t taking my pain and panic seriously. The doctor then came in, and kept insisting that he still take a look at my genital region just to see if everything looked okay. That would’ve been fine, except I was still crying and panicking during this. My body kept pushing away, but he kept trying to put his hands around the area and look. I felt really violated. He rushed me through that part and then rushed me out, telling me to go somewhere else. I was still crying while walking out through the waiting room. I feel like I’ll never be able to handle an invasive procedure without thinking about this experience. Go somewhere else if you’re like me and cautious of procedures where doctors don’t care about your comfort.

Dr Masel does know what he is doing, but he and most of the office staff our lacking the fundamental concept of patient care. They yell at people, when they are asked to explain appointments and billing. Today alone, three people that we know of were yelled when asking pertinent information. NOTE: I guess besides their reply regarding the billing, which they had no interest in discussing, they must agree with the rest of the review. Just goes to show their arrogance.
