Really totally dissatisfied, they gave me a shift at 1.30pm. I arrive in Hollywood and they tell me it was in Pembroke, I never attended this place, after asking for an explanation 🤷 of why, he told me to wait they would see me wait and it turns out at 3pm. They told me that they would take me to Pembroke (it is not like that) and he brought me an UBER at 4:20pm. And I will have to wait, they are attending I WILL NOT GO BACK ANYMORE IT IS A DISRESPECT It was for an MRI. The employees do not warn where. My record was always Hollywood.

I’ve been to the Pines office several times however seen less then positive interactions at Hollywood. So, I would like to share my positive experience at Hollywood two weeks ago. Check-in went smoothly and called by my CT scan Technologist within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Stephanie was very welcoming and professional. She had a question about the area to be scanned so she called my doctor to clarify his order. I was out the door within an hour with a CD in my hand. Free parking in front is limited so up early.

Idk why all the complaints. Girls at the front desk are doing their job and i got in and out with my CD in less than 1 hour ñ. Just show up early and be positive.

I haven't been here in 10 years and I see it hasn't changed AT ALL!! I told my Dr to send me to Hollywood Diagnostics because that has been where I've been going for last 6 months with no issues I come here ISSUES!! They called me to make my appointment late Friday the incompetent staff never picked back up Monday to get Authorization my appt. Is at 2pm now 2:21pm and they've been on hold with my insurance for 40 minutes because I arrived early. Pretty funny no where else has taken this long to get Auth. From my insurance I have BCBS for christ sakes!! The level of incompetece that this place still has 10 years later is unbelievable!! These receptionist's need to learn good work ethics cause not a one has any!!

Usually an invoice is sent via email with instructions. If u do not have invoice, you can do it over the phone with one of the front desk girls. You can get phone number via google. Hope that helps.
You don't have to be any earlier than your appt time. Good luck!
