Is there a change of owners? Went today for mi antojo of alcapurrias y modo go and they were terrible. After a long wait finally the alcapurrias arrived and they were soggy and oily what a disappointment.

The owner is correct I have been ordering them from for year before he even got restaurant when he was on mobile trailer and his food has always been 💯 on anything we ate. That is what probably happened on your order

No Changes, same ownership since 2012, same preparation process same recipe for more than 40 years. Soggy and oily only means that maybe they prepare before the meal and had to wait for the entrees maybe too long, I will be verifying the process as they need to be cook to order. If it was a to go order, we don't have control over that, alcapurrias need to be consume as soon as they get out of the fryer like any other frying product that is not breaded, the alcapurrias is not and item that we recommend on orders to go. We are very sorry for your experience I will address with the manager and employees and make sure they are cooked to order.
