I think you need 2 campsites with 11 people. Number of vehicles also important! Call in advance, as much as possible.

No they save that for just handicap. Summer time you must call to reserve

ADA sites can only be booked without an ADA person in your group right before the camp Rangers close the booth for the night. 8 persons is max for camping but we have had much larger groups for fires and dinner. So if you try and sleep 11 be very respectful of the other campers around you follow the quiet hour rules ect.
Its worth it to experience this part of the California coast...
