Be reasonable, be patient, Im sure you have customers that you have disappointed due to their own unreasonable expectations. Its important to maintain your composure while expressing a disappointing customer experience. That does not appear to be the case here. Exhale and go on with life.
I agree plus not all JIB are bad and you get that from places they have good and bad moments
