5 guys is one of my favorite burgers and I’ve had hundreds. Absolutely delicious. Called in 15 minutes before they closed and they finished the night strong as I was the last order. Will definitely return.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I would never go back to that place ever again!!!!! I ordered hamburger sandwiches for my brother’s birthday, and when we picked up the food they didn’t give us the whole order!! So when we want to the party we had only half of the order. I called the store and I spoke with the manager there he really made me so mad and he was talking to me very rudely! I asked him to deliver the rest of my order because first I’m not close to the place and second the birthday party already started, the manager Mani stated he doesn’t have a delivery option and I only can pick up the rest of my order even though it wasn’t my fault and it was there fault! My wife called them back and he offered her a refund or an extra French fries which we weren’t interested in! After all of the back and forth, I went back to the restaurant for the refund, the manager didn’t give me any options to make up there mistake, he said I only can refund the price for the 2 sandwiches or give you extra fries with the 2 sandwiches! I spent more that $30 worth of gas just to get refund for 2 sandwiches!!!!! He should’ve handled it better than that! NEVER AGAIN! BTW I still owe the restaurant $27!!!

Went there around 4pm, the place was empty, it was nice and clean. Ordered bacon cheeseburger which was delicious, fries were soggy and not so good. Staff didn't even say hello, they were not nice at all. They also tossed fries in the bag, making packaging very messy, it was impossible to eat it without getting your hands oily and salty.

What pops into your mind when you think of Five Guys? Thick, lumpy beef patties with bags full of fries, right? For years, I've told everyone whenever the topic came up that Five Guys - the quality and the service - far surpass any other franchise burger joints, even In & Out. This one in Parkway Plaza has long been my go- to location and I'd never been disappointed... until tonight. We walk in and there's no greeting. The young man behind the counter just wiggles his three fingers at us. When I greet him, he rolls his eyes and says, "What's your order?" Strange. This is kind of the greeting we expect from McDonald's, not my favorite burger joint. Maybe he's having an off day... so we just order and wait the fifteen minutes to get our food. We get home, open up the bag, and this is what we see: little cup half- filled with fries.. and none in the bottom of the bag. Are they required to? No. Has it been a tradition that we've all come to count on? Maybe. I mean, the least they could've done was fill the cup! Is this what we can expect from Five Guys from now on, rude cashiers and tiny portions??
