Not at all helpful. Answers the phone every time with a simple hello...awkward. I asked a question about current stock and was told I'd get a call back. No call. When I called later in the day it was..."Oh, yeah...no we don't have that". Follow up question, answer..."no clue". Bad customer service, knowledge of current trends and comics, nope. Not the way to run a small business. I felt like my call was an imposition. I was ready to spend good money there. Not now, not ever. Get it together! Update to owner response: I do live in this state, I moved here a year ago and still have my old phone number. Super common. That being said, I didn't leave a bad review because you didn't have what I was looking for. I left a bad review for your lack of professionalism and customer service.

My first time visiting this store. They have a lot to offer. Some things are a pricey side. For example there is this dress I really liked but it was $30. I get it with inflation and all. So I will be back to get that 👗. I recommend this store🙂.
