Very disgusting coffee, and they have the nerve to charge more than three dollars for it. Coffee is very bitter. It's obvious that it's old and that they've not cleaned the pot in a long time. Sooo disappointing.

First thing - drive thru Rep sounded unprofessional on the speaker . 2nd I paid for my order and they made me pull forward and wait 10 mins for my order in the Sun even though it wasn’t busy and there were no cars behind me. 3rd - I asked for ketchup and ranch on side and they didn’t even include any condiments in the bag. Will not be coming back. This location has got so ghetto. Don’t come here.

Food was what I expected whenever I go to any Carl's. Employees were swamped (I ate lunch at 11:30am) so I can't blame them for not giving me the best service, and no, I'm not complaining about the service. THE DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND BATHROOMS!!! Attn franchise owner: pay more/higher/competitive wages to attract people to want to work at your location, cheap skate! Then you'll have enough staff to cover all bases. PUT MONEY BACK INTO YOUR RESTAURANT AND CLEAN IT, PAINT IT, AND MODERNIZE IT.

The lady behind the counter missed giving me my coupon discount. Buy one get one free. When I brought it to her attention , she silently went into the register and gave me the money due me but without one word of apology or even acknowledgement. She made me feel very unwelcome.
