Before pandemic I was very happy being a member. But I did back 1 year ago very dissapoint about their service and customer service, very bad experience with the managment; also now 5 treadmill aren't working and they were plugged, also they took off the sanitizers they are very important for hygiene, still with the COVID 19 and the monkeypox health problems. It makes me feel unsafe. I am currently paying 5 memebership. thats why i feel unhappy , thinking very seriously about cancel my memebership.

The restrooms are never stocked or clean, I've gone early when they open and there's always paper on the floor, toilet seats are dirty and there's never any toilet seat liners or soap. They should have the restrooms cleaned and ready for the next day. They should have staff constantly cleaning and stocking them. Weights are always left on the floor scattered. I'll be updating this post with pictures.

So many equipment broken and not being fix at least 3 weeks. Especially the cable machine. lots of people line up and that is ridiculous that the management not taking care of it. Today updated, I was try to use the bench and whole thing slide off and I almost felt down . There is no any warning notice on the bench. However they mark the good one for PT , this is totally unacceptable

Cleanliness can improve, specially regarding the showers.... Hours of operation: When are you guys going back to the regular schedule? Meaning closing late. We are paying full price membership, When people the works late can't even make it anymore cause u guys close early.
