My Father was the first owner of this location. Later he opened La Cocina in Grossmont Center., El Charro tortillas and Cocina del Charro in Escondido. JITB was the beginning of his restaurant entrepreneur career. I was there when they put the Jack in the Box on the roof... sure wish I had him now.. Ann French Clemons

The staff was rude. Forced me to order food before using the restroom. And then saw me walk to the front counter to order but deliberately walked past and helped in the back for about 4 to 5 minutes before pretending to notice me and "apologize" for not noticing me. After ordering a large chocolate shake (which was barely mixed and tasted more like a vanilla shake with chocolate flavoring) and a medium curly fries (they had to have been refried at least 2x bcuz they were soaked in grease and burnt) I was allowed to use the restroom. I wish I could have held my urge to go bcuz the bathroom smelt putrid. Over an hour later I can still smell it in my clothes which is why I decided to leave this review in the first place..

Love this spot :) usually on point with their food. I like their customer service too. I prefer this location over the other ones. The only downside is coming in at night and getting fries that aren't warm enough and long wait times are common.

I went in the location and was made to wait again .the service had gotten better but then today I got the employee who hates her job and get CO worker because she used her Drawer to check me out. She was very rude and determined to make bad out of my morning and asked me why I was using two forms of payment. I liana wad her name let's see how this food is.....

Only drive thru and curb side pickup. Great safety practices

all ok is =
The walk in is open 7 days a week till midnight. But you may have some jack n the crack dependin on whose working and in charged they may lock the doors five or ten minutes early cuz it has happen to me twice on separate ocussions. And they will not let you in. See if you look at the clock inside its five minutes fadt or their watch is fast. Regardless they suppose to close at midnight but continue service to those that r in the business but they cannot eat there which i think sucks they kick u out. But yes they close and lock doors at ecactly MIDNITE! ! ! ! The unknown
Only on certain days
I believe the dining room closes at 11 p.m. drive thru is 24 hours
