However, I will tell you this - the likely reason there was no TP in the restroom is that this Jack in the Box is one of VERY few places around this area that allows homeless people to use their facilities. San Diego County as a whole seems to not allow for the fact of human bodily functions. Yet they wonder why there's a Hepatitis A outbreak in the area. Idiots!
