Jack in the box has to be one of the worst fast food places around. Food is way overpriced and plain at that. The customer service is one of the worst I have seen from management to employee. They don't know there own menu and yet expect customers to know there menu. You can order something and they will get it wrong and then blame you for it being wrong. Then treat you like a 3 year old if you want to correct it. Horrible place from top to bottom.

The worst service we've had at a Jack in the Box the person who took our simple drive through order got it wrong 3 large coffees and 20 Churros plus 15 creams and 15 sugars. When we got to the window no churros. We had to reorder at the window and wait out front flr them. Big mistake always a this Jack on the Box.

This place will waste your time and the time of those delivering to you. Do not order from here, you will not get your order and after an hour they will cancel the order on you, leaving you with only an empty stomach to show for it. Even if you don't order delivery be wary, as they do not understand the concept of allergies. If you have a gluten allergy or celiacs, eating here is a risk. If you are lactose intolerant, god help you if someone lazily throws a slice of cheese on your burger that you asked for with no cheese. Any allergens could be put on your sandwich even if you specifically request them removed, it's a gamble whether whoever prepares the food is paying attention or not. They do not understand that their actions have consequences, so do not eat here if you are at risk of any of these things.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and placed my order. I had the 2 for $3.00 Monster Tacos that are back for a limited time (i hope they bring them back permanently) only waited for a few minutes. Tacos were great and made just like i ordered them. Nice and hot!

No sadly they don't. They have wall outlets but they're covered. I was wondering the same thing. I think they have covered outlets to keep the neighborhood vagrants out.
Be reasonable, be patient, Im sure you have customers that you have disappointed due to their own unreasonable expectations. Its important to maintain your composure while expressing a disappointing customer experience. That does not appear to be the case here. Exhale and go on with life.
