National may be a bit further, but is by far easier than Dulles -- worth the small extra distance.

Use Dulles... BWI is much farther away... National is currently a nightmare with construction on the GW Parkway and massive construction at the airport... you have to drop off and pick up in the garages, not a curbside.
National is a very easy, 1 switch, 1.5hr metro ride away and the hotel entrance is only 200 yards or so from the stop
Depends on time of day. Dulles at rush hour is very hard. National is easy most times. Baltimore is farther but doable. I usually use Dulles barring a 5-7pm arrival, if I have a choice.
