The hotel is clean and well maintained but a little tired and could use some upgrading. It’s located in a convenient and nice neighborhood. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel still is not cleaning daily which is fine but I called 4 times and visited the front desk in person asking to get the in-room coffee replenished including waiting up late last night for someone that would be “right up”. I’m typing this in need of coffee desperately. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and besides a 25 cent bottle of water at checkin there has been no acknowledgment. It’s just about impossible to get responses. If you just need a room and don’t care about indifferent “service” then it’s fine to stay here. Don’t forget to bring your own Kuerig coffee pods if you are staying more than one night. Tried to check out on the app but that wasn’t working so went to the front desk and the girl at front desk was busy on a FaceTime call with her friend and couldn’t be bothered to talk and said put the key in the jar. Indifferent “service” by the hotel staff from beginning to the end.

Positive: Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff at the front desk is exceptional and kind! Restaurant staff for breakfast and dinner are friendly. Food was good. Negative: When I arrived to my room, it was too cold (69 degrees) and it took hours to warm up.
