Twice now I've bought a $100+ vape from here and both times it didn't even last one month, and I take excellent care of my things. Both times the guys at the store completely blew me off and had no support or sympathy, or willingness to help or offer solutions. They sell you garbage products that they can't stand behind, and when they fail to do what they're designed to do, then you're on your own. Don't buy Voopoo products. Don't buy from this store.

It's gone wayyy down hill. Unless if you're a stoner or a typical ignorant millennial, don't go. Hella glass and pens for days. There is never any consistency with vape juice. It seems it's a big difficulty getting it from whomever. The staff that doesn't have a lot of time working there. Those ones are hit or miss for sure. Mark - is great, fun, sincere and is actually knowledgeable. Not skinny Mark the other.

Got a vape from here that never worked and ruined a couple of my high-end carts. Took it back a week and some change later and was told I brought it back too late, who has a 7-day return policy? After being talked down to, I was so generously offered a $5 discount towards new purchases, the same discount I would have received any way as a member. Fine, then, I'll take your advice and wash my device. And if the problem persists, could I upgrade and pay the difference, swap it for a new one, or at least get a discount toward a replacement? No, sorry, it's past 7 days even though you are a MANAGER and pparently all-knowing and powerful. I proceeded to pick a couple of other purchases, totally defeated knowing I'd wasted another $40 on a bunk device, that also ruined 2 of my nice $60~ carts, and as I'm clearly showing that I'm ready to pay and finish he has the gall to repeatedly ask me if there's anything else I'd like to buy, and offering other random products to me. Really man? Overpriced spot with ridiculous rules and multiple rude employees, no thanks would rather order online and save my money, I tried to help local businesses but unfortunately too many around here are completely shady with no accountability for the products they sell
