It was my birthday and my 1st time at this location. Everyone was so helpful. I was able to find some great buys and received a birthday discount.

Don’t go to this store they over price used clothes. They made me pay 9 dollars for a used shein shirt that was only 3.50 on shein. They also made me pay 13 dollars for a used shirt from Aeropostale when it really only costed 10 dollars. Waste of money for used clothes.

This is the third time I purchased a clothing item here, only to realize when I got home that it has a major flaw. This store has a serious quality control issue. I'm typically willing to overlook it for a thrift store, except that Uptown Cheapskate's prices are not commensurate with thrift store items with signs of wear. I wanted to return my flawed item but I had a busy month and missed the return window by two days. Two. Days. I called and politely asked if they could please honor the return or an exchange, but the answer was a flat no. They were completely unwilling to make an exception. I try to buy secondhand to support sustainable practices, but I will not be shopping here again. They do not prioritize customer loyalty.

This location has a lot more new items. If you're coming in to sell, in my experience, don't expect a big payout. I waited for 2 hrs, they accepted 6 of my items but payout offered was very low.
