This hotel is in the city near all the great restaurants. Parking is expensive though, But that's understandable when you arein the city. The room seems clean but it had a wired smell when I woke up in the morning I had a Headache with itchy left eye, as soon as I left there, I felt better right away, I think the maintenance guy should have checked the ductwork in the room for mold. This hotel is only like 30 minutes from the Capital, so it's a good location.

The staff is very unfriendly. we said hello and attempted to be friendly after making 8 hour trip with a baby. But, They did not say hello or welcomed to the hotel. "keys, wifi, elevator to the left" is all they said. we asked for a change to do laundry, and the staff refused. There was no coffee in the morning, and 2 staff were talking to each other while guests were waiting for coffee. Location and building are fine, but service is terrible.

Amazing location, perfect for our stop on our way to DC. Hotel was really nice and the surrounding area was great. They also have a pool, a requirement of our daughters, I can only describe it as gross unfortunately, foggy water and stuff all over the floors and it could use a scrub.

Check in is normally after 3pm but I must say the Cambria has THE most friendly, courteous and professional staff in the area. I have NEVER had an issue with a special request. Early check in or late check requests included. The Cambria staff goes above and beyond to satisfy guest needs. I've been a return guest for the last 3 years and will continue to stay there whenever the need arises.

Didn't use it, but it appears to be open. You can't contract covid from water.
Call them, they are very helpful.
There is a restaurant in the hotel but I did not check the prices. The area is an easy walk to several excellent restaurants some just outside the door. The hotel is in th middle of the downtown area and is surrounded by amenities.
Depending on the age of the birthday Cambria in Rockville would work great with Bar Louie as the dinner place. If they are younger there is also a movie theater, pizza shop, and a lot other local eateries all within a 3-10min walk.
No they have a flat fee of $15 if you are staying for one night, but if u stay for two or more nights they bundle it with the cost of the room and it works out to be less money. ...the garage is connected to the hotel so after you park you enter an elevator takes you right to the check in at the hotel
