Positive: Nice rooms at a reasonable price rate. The staff was very nice, and very professional. The only negative thing I could say is that the key card access looks were slow opening, and the card had to be scanned multiple times before the door looks would open. Negative: The only thing I could say I didn't like was that the key card locks did not work very well. The card had to be scanned multiple times before any of the looks would open. The lock to the exercise room didn't even open the lock at all with my key card.

Positive: My son stayed there for 2 nights. It was closely. The front staff was so nice when we checked in. He was able to look up my Bonvoy account number and add the points. Great price, great location, great guest experience. I was hesitant when I arrived & seen the buildingfrom the outside, not at all like the others I've stayed. Inside, it took a minute for someone to realize I was there. Throughout my short stay, all the staff were phenomenal. Room was perfect for me, looked clean & smelled good. No chemical, perfumery or musty smells...always a plus! Sliding door to my balcony beneath a nice Sycamore tree. Loved the bathroom, classy & clean!! Individual wall thermostat, set & forget, so no waking up to hot or freezing room. Bed was comfy although a bit worn.
