I don't believe the beach is closed at night but it would be very hard to navigate there alot of rocks and jetties.
You should be fine as long as your not a nuesance or however you spell that one. The park is closed so no parking you would have to reach it by boat.
Not really. I mean there's no over night camping. But everything else should be ok..
