The boat ride is wheelchair accessible as well as other parts of the lighthouse grounds but not the lighthouse itself.
Needless to say, you can't take a wheelchair to the top.
I do believe parts are. Now for boat we've always taken our own boats over to it. But most if not all light houses ever built have stairs to the beacon part.
