This is an interesting place to explore. And by explore I do mean legally enter. The security company that I work for patrols this building and I have been inside several times. Do to the age and history of this building, it can be very dangerous and I do not recommend that this building be broken into for your excitement. Please do not out yourself at risk!

Judging by the pictures, I'd guess someone already has.
www.kansascitymag, June 22 2022 issue has done a story on this. It's the Imperial Brewing Company that was built in 1902 and has stood vacant for the last 40 years.
