Terrible company. Been waiting for 3 weeks to have a meter installed on my brand new house. They know we have no other company to use, so they drag their heels and have little to no concern for us the paying customers .

They mess everything up on your Bill and admit to it and say they will fix it then mess up again and don't fix it correctly and try double bill you again then wanna try argue with you on customer service phone while they take forever to keep going back and looking at account and pulling this and that up when it should already be pulled up in front of them by what there saying to us and still won't admit fault and double billing us ect and keep you on hold many times cause they really don't know what there doing and what's going on with your bill and account and trying to find ways to tell you there right and your wrong and we have keep arguing and proving there mess ups over and over !!!And still trying find ways to say we are wrong!!
